Popis: This article aims to make considerations about the regulatory policy of teaching work pursued in the municipality of Florianopolis through the centrality in large-scale assessments. For this purpose, it was evidenced the context in which the administrative policies from managerial mark are implemented in the Florianopolis Municipal Education System. It is important to note the formulation by this System of its own evaluative instrument, the Floripa Exam. The claims, resistances by the teachers and union entity, and the impacts of this policy in the teaching work guiding the analysis. The data collected refer to two surveys carried out in the Florianopolis Municipal Education System in the period 2013 to 2017 on the management of teaching work, having as methodological path the analysis of documents, questionnaires and semi-structured interviews.
