Popis: | The gap phenomenon is an unusual phenomenon in electrophysiology arising from the interaction of different refractory periods of different levels of the conduction system. We present a case where there is an interesting interaction between AV conduction gap and AH jump due to the coexistence of dual AV nodal physiology. We also briefly discuss the other mechanisms of gap phenomenon that have been described in this setting. |
