| Popis: | Summary A 0.1 unit/kg dose of antisplenic-tissue-serum (ASTS) accelerates the healing process of experimental wounds in mice. Pretreatment with one dose of ASTS (0.1 unit/kg) did not affect the normal course of healing. A 10 unit/kg dose of antisplenic-tissue-serum (ASTS) did not affect the rate of healing as compared with control treated groups. The presence of anti-mouse red blood cell factors in the antiserum did not modify the action of the ASTS. |
