| Popis: | Electrofocusing fractionation of purified Staphylococcus enterotoxin B was performed utilizing pH 7–9, 7–10, and 9.0–9.5 ampholine—sucrose gradients. On the pH 7–10 focusing experiments, four physically distinct, but antigenically similar entities were isolated. The major component (isoionic point pH 9.4 at 4°C) was refocused and found to be stable. |
