Popis: | We report the case of a pregnant woman with class B diabetes whose fetus, examined in utero by means of real-time ultrasound, showed tachypneic breathing movements. Having considered the clinical course of this case and of those reported in literature, we put forward a hypothesis concerning the pathogenesis and the prognostic significance of fetal tachypnea. |
