Popis: | M·BssHII is a new multispecific C5-DNA-methyltransferase recognizing five different targets. As the enzyme has been isolated from a thermophilic Bacillus, the protein should show enhanced intrinsic thermostability and therefore be a promising candidate for crystallizing a multispecific MTase. |
