Popis: | Spontaneous retroperitoneal hematoma (RPH) following cesarean delivery is an extremely rare entity with variable etiology. RPH can cause unexplained maternal shock, morbidity, and mortality [1, 2]. Furthermore, there is a paucity of literature on RPH, as cases of RPH are extremely rare in obstetrical settings [3]. |
