Popis: SINCE Tommasi1,2 published a small pedigree, one of the phenotypes suspected to be holandrically inherited in human beings is that called hypertrichosis of the ears but more accurately hypertrichosis of the pinnae of the ears. I have shown this to be completely Y-linked in my family, publishing a pedigree containing 181 people of 7 generations3. The age of onset is usually in late puberty, though in a few cases the hairs are not conspicuous until the men are about 25.
