PRACE will operate an evaluation process based on peer review in order to ensure the scientific quality of proposals and that its resources are allocated in an effective and efficient manner. This deliverable focuses on defining a set of principles for the peer review process that PRACE will operate and begins to map out the processes that will be followed. Deliverable D2.4.2 will focus on the detail of specific parts of the process for peer review. |
