The basic principles of Pedagogy of benignity of academician Ivan Zyazun are revealed in the article on the background of the most important modern problems the educators face; these problems concern primarily the improvement of the method of pedagogical influence on the pupils. The content and genre specificity of the work of Ivan Zyazyun "Pedagogy of benignity: ideals and realities" (2000) were interpreted and detailed, where a profound understanding by the author of the life realities, human spiritual values, that objectively reflect the process of education of a gifted person, its formation, self-affirmation, awareness of all-winning power of Good, Love, Truth and Beauty is consistently displayed. It was proved that Ivan Zyazyun was a champion and initiator of an innovative approach to education, one of the interpreters of the essence and motives of the most recent didactic and educational transformations. The role and the place of Ivan Andriyovich in the process of humanization of school, humanistic construction of the educational space are revealed. The main attention is paid to the characterization of the world-view and axiological actuality of the pedagogical heritage of the Educator-innovator. The author makes multi-vector analyses of Ivan Zyazyun's pedagogical conception on a teacher as the driving force of social development, the core of the educational process, on the teaching profession as the beginning of all occupations and the key to the success of any person, on the constant improvement of the professional training of the future teacher and on the possession of pedagogical skill of a high level. This skill is crystallized and transformed into a holistic pedagogical mechanism by the educational discipline "Fundamentals of pedagogical mastery", which is based on active social psychological study – pedagogical search, analysis, modeling, evaluation in the measures of emotional and sensory perception, re-accentuating the attention of future teachers from students, the subjects of education and upbringing, to the deep knowledge of the soul of each child as a person, to the formation of his spirituality on the principles of national culture. The idea of this discipline creation, filling it with a specific content belongs to Ivan Zyazyun – the rector of Poltava State Pedagogical Institute named after V.G. Korolenko (1975–1990). It is also proved, that the vital credo of Academician Zyazyun – the upbringing of a person, enriched with the high purpose of benignity and love – becomes a reality in the modern educational environment. |
