Supplementary Figure 1: CBS9106 reduces CRM1 protein levels through neddylation -mediated degradation in MM.1S cells. (A) MM.1S cells are treated with CBS9106 (50 nM) and/or MLN4924 (100 nM) for indicated period (0-8 hours). (B) Cells are treated with increasing concentrations of MLN4924 (0, 10, 20, 50, or 100 nM) and/or CBS9106 (50 nM) for 24 hours. (A, B) Protein levels of CRM1, CyclinB1, CulNEDD8, p53, PARP, p27, CDT1, and beta-actin are determined by western blot analysis.
