Popis: | Aging in women begins at the age of 40-65 years. Anxiety is a natural thing that has been experienced by every human being. Anxiety is a natural thing that every human being has tried. Anxiety can occur in women and mostly occurs in premenopausal women. This occurs due to physical changes that become problems that arise mostly in premenopausal women. One of the suitable sports for premenopause is hatha yoga. Yoga practice brings balance to the autonomic nervous system and helps lower blood pressure. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of yoga exercises on premenopausal women in the dolphin Lovina Singaraja studio. This research uses a quantitative approach with an experimental way. The type of design in this study was in the form of a pre-post test design group, which did not use a control group. The population in this study revealed 13 women who had just participated in hatha yoga at the dolphin Lovina Singaraja studio. So this research is population research. The instrument used was a 20 item modification question from the T-MAS (Taylor Manifest Anxiety Scale). These results indicate that there is a significant effect on the provision of hatha yoga to reduce the level of research in premenopausal women. {"references":["Arini, L. A. (2018).
