Popis:	The criminal act of corruption in the procurement of government’s goods and services becomes the second biggest case of corruption after bribery. This case happens because there is no proper and immediate prevention for the corruption. Actually, the criminal act of corruption in the procurement of government’s goods and services can be prevented by the principle of doelmatigheid, so that the procurement of goods and services do not only focus on the formal procedure (rechtmatigheid), but it must also give the benefits to the people in order to improve the public services for our social welfare.
