Popis:	Wastewater microbiome research often relies on sequencing of hypervariable regions of 16S rRNA genes, which are difficult to classify at refined taxonomic levels. Here, we introduce a data set of near-full-length 16S rRNA genes from samples designed to capture known geographic and seasonal variations in municipal wastewater microbial communities.
