В статье рассматриваются особенности визуальных метафор в политических карикатурах как виде креолизованного текста в политическом дискурсе. The article does not only present the results of a study of the process of metaphorization in the field of political cartoon but also describes its kinds. The main task of political cartoon consists in creation of the worldview which is comprehensible to every reader irrespective of their position in society. The aim of this article is to analyze the peculiarities of visual metaphor in the cartoon as a kind of creolized text of political discourse.
