Popis: | The absorbed β -dose fractions calculated by Mejdahl (1979) for spherical grains are extended to other shapes by means of a Monte-Carlo method. No big differences are found in the standard inclusion size range (200 μm) but the method is of great interest for β -dose calculations in the case of millimetric or even centimetric objects. |
