| Popis: | We report the case of a man with recurrent decompensated right-sided heart failure secondary to severe tricuspid regurgitation after tricuspid annuloplasty. He was unfit for repeat surgical intervention and thus was considered for a valve-in-ring transcatheter heart valve.
