| Popis: | This study aimed to evaluate the effect of FecGE mutation on the development of ovarian follicles. To this end, 42 Santa Ines ewes were genotyped for FecGE mutation and classified as wild-type (FecG+/+), heterozygous (FecG+/E) or mutant homozygous (FecGE/E). Ovarian fragments were processed, and the follicles were analyzed with regard to the morphology and morphometry using classical histology.
