Popis: | The results of the comparative analysis of the burnout parts in the process of professional training of the humanities institutes graduates are given in this text.Purpose: to study the psychological parts of the burnout in the process of professional training of the humanities institutes graduates.Method: testing, Mann – Whitney U Test, test rangovykh of correlations of Spirmen.Results: students and cadets who are unsatisfied with their chosen profession and estimate their possibilities and achievements too low feel obvious burnout. As a whole both students of an institute and cadets of a departmental institute perceive the world and themselves in this world very positively, all this masks the loss of life meaning, their existential frustration. These factors may be the cause of strong burnout, reduction of their achievements, depersonalization. It determines by the means of a habitual attitude to compare themselves with another people as well as with their self-ideal representation and representation of others.Areas of use: students and cadets professional training. |
