Popis:	A 54-year-old man presented with a history of upper lip pain for 4 weeks. Biopsy of the lip lesion revealed extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma. F-FDG PET/CT scan showed the solely high uptake in the right upper lip without any other nodal or extranodal involvements.
