Popis:	Summary An outline of conservative treatment combined with hical therapy is given with emphasis on the opinion that tuberculous glands are only a local manifestation of a general disease. Surgical excision is advised in many cases when the glands are quiescent. The dosage, toxic effects, results and advantages of calciferol therapy in twenty-three children and eleven adults are given.
