The manuscript presents an open source workflow for the generation of sound volume meshes out of µCT data. Additionally, the difference between smoothed and not smoothed surface meshes is shown both regarding geometrical parameters as well as regarding simulation results using OpenFOAM. Here we provide the main data sets used for the figures in the manuscript as well as the Supporting Materials, including STL files, OpenFOAM cases and python codes. Explanations are given in 'ReadMe' files. The size of the unzipped repository is 7.3 GB. |
