The article considers the problem of shortage of skilled labour in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The characteristic features of each sector of the economy into which foreign labour is attracted are analyzed. The necessity of attracting foreign labour force at the moment into the labour market of Kazakhstan has been identified and justified. Based on the study, an improved model for attracting foreign labour in the Republic of Kazakhstan is proposed. |
