Popis: The Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA, 1993; P.L. 103-62) is the legislative framework that requires federally funded programs to define and report performance objectives. The intent of the GPRA is to improve federal management of multi-program systems, like those treating co-occurring substance and mental health disorders. This paper is designed to promote an understanding as to how GPRA was developed and implemented.
