Popis:	Cardiac involvement in systemic sclerosis (SSc) is rare but leads to poor short-term prognosis. Evidence regarding heart transplantation (HT) is scarce and is based on experience with isolated cases. We present this case with the aim of analysing the characteristics of a patient with SS who has undergone a successful transplant.
