In this report, SYNCHROS givesdirection to overcome the main challenges in the context of cohort research. For the sake of the readability of the report, the challenges are categorized in accordance with three stages of cohort research: study design, data collection and data sharing (including harmonisation and integration). Per phase, SYNCHROS presents indications, solutions orsuccessful initiatives that can help to improve future strategies for cohort research. With this document, SYNCHROS aims to set a standard for an improved coordination and harmonisation of future cohort research. |
