The concept of Mobility as a Service (MaaS) has been recently introduced to transportation and has the potential to really affect and change the transportation market as well as the interactions between users, service providers and suppliers across many countries. The aim was to firstly evaluate the usefulness, ease of use, usability and user experience of travellers and service providers in using the MaaS enabling mobile application and Service Registration Tool, respectively and secondly to evaluate the user experience and adoption of both solutions in in real-life continuous use for 6 months in 5 European cities (Amsterdam, Athens, Prague, Rome, Salzburg) for national and cross-border journeys. This paper presents a multifaceted evaluation framework for the evaluation of a MaaS mobile application by travellers and preliminary findings from the user experience tests. |
