Simple pharmacological procedures to differentiate antidepressants and cholinolytics in mice and rats

Popis:	A number of pharmacological and behavioral tests (based on synergism with amphetamine and on antagonism with reserpine) were used to study the action of antidepressants of the imipramine group on laboratory animals. The action of cholinolytics resembled that of antidepressants. There were only quantitative, not qualitative, differences between the two groups of drugs.
