Popis: | The extensively computerized operation of the country’s largest dental insurer, California Dental Service, also includes a unique system of professional review. The largest dental insurer in the country, California Dental Service, insures 4.5 million persons and expects to make $150 million in payments to dentists in 1974. With the goal of making more dentistry available to more people, CDS monitors both the quality and cost of dental care, provides avenues of communication with the dentist and his office staff, and uses a unique system of professional review of claims. |
