Popis: This report gives an overview of the further development of the action-ideas that came out of the Open Studiosand how they were further combined with results of the research activities of the first cycle. They have been developed into Operational Recommendations, Pilot Projects and an Agenda for Future Research. The Operational Recommendations, designed as RESISTIRÉ Factsheets, focus on eight topics: gender mainstreaming, gender-balanced decision-making, a gender equality and diversity plan for hospitals, inclusive green spaces/commons, care and work-life balance, gender-based violence (on the European level and the national/local level), and telework. The Factsheets provide a brief overview of how COVID-19 has made visible or reinforced existing inequalities in the concerning theme, show personal stories of people affected by them, and give examples of inspiring policies to mitigate these inequalities. Finally, the Factsheets list several policy recommendations that would address the inequalities. The Pilot Projects are a selection of three action-ideas, that have been developed into project concepts that would address some of the inequalities that RESISTIRÉ has researched. The three selected project concepts are Employers Who Care, Green Spaces as Caring Ecosystems, and the Caring Workspaces. These project concepts have been designed and refined based on the input of the Open Studios, as well as other experts knowledgeable on the topic. A public call will be launched, whereby interested organisations can apply to lead the project. Finally, the Agenda for Future Research consists of four domains, which contain an analysis of previous findings from the RESISTIRÉ project, as well as an identification of research gaps. It also outlines which research questions and topics future research should address, and what questions RESISTIRÉ will focus on in the second cycle.
