Cosmopolitan, including Thailand (Provinces of Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and Rayong, Ehara & Bhandhufalck, 1977). Remarks. Measurements of the specimen examined are similar to those reported by Schicha (1981 b) for the holotype and for specimens from New South Wales, Australia.
