| Popis: | Naive rats were given IP injections of saline or ribaminol either 30 min. before or daily for four consecutive days before training in a shuttle box. Rats injected with ribaminol 30 min. prior to testing showed a dose related decrement in learning performance. Rats injected for the four consecutive days were unaffected by treatment with ribaminol. |
