Popis: | Isolated bladder neck horizontal transection without bladder or prostatic involvement is very rare in pediatric age group. To our knowledge, this is the first case of such trauma reported in Malaysia. In this article, we present a case of primary suprapubic catheter insertion with delayed vesicoprostatic urethral anastomosis in the treatment of complete bladder neck horizontal transection. |
