Popis: | Chondrosarcoma is a malignant tumour, characterized by the presence of fully developed cartilage [1]. It is the second most common primary malignant tumour of bone during middle life [2]. However, spinal involvement is extremely rare, occurring in only 6–10% of chondrosarcomas [3–6] and most commonly involves the thoracic spine [7,8]. In this report, we present a case of cervical chondrosarcoma without bony involvement, with particular emphasis on the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) appearances. |
