Popis: [W60]B90 is a red supergiant in the Large Magellanic Cloud with a luminosity close to the Humphreys-Davidson limit that exhibits a nebular structure in its vicinity. In this work, we search for evidence of shocked material around the star and nebular bar and whether this structure could be related to an unresolved bow shock. As a consequence [W60]B90 would turn into the 1st extragalactic RSG with a bow shock. Moreover, we report optical-spectral variability, several dimming events over 30 years in the optical light curve, and severe differences in the 10-micron Silicate bump, suggesting events of episodic mass-loss
