Popis: | We experimentally study spontaneous four wave mixing in micro-ring resonator on an InP membrane in a continuous regime. The generation rate of single photons from spontaneous four wave mixing is limited by the reduction in loaded Q-factor of the micro-ring resonators at higher power. |
