This is a new record for the fauna of Iran and Fars province. H o s t r e c o r d s f r o m I r a n: Unknown. H o s t s o u t s i d e I r a n: The larvae develop in flower heads of Phagnalon rupestre (Asteraceae) (FREIDBERG & KUGLER 1989).
