| Popis: | A technique is described for treating pitted acne scarring which is not amenable to other forms of therapy. Punch grafts from postauricular skin are used to replace punch-excised facial scars. Dermabrasion of treated areas is accomplished 4 to 6 weeks after grafting. Very good results have been attained in three patients, each of whom needed more than 100 transplants. |
