One of the promising areas of application of metallic nanoparticles is the creation of devices on their basis with a high information recording density that generates interest in the study of their magnetic, optical and structural-phase properties. In this paper, one of the aspects of using metallic nanoclusters. Namely we mean the use of silver-copper nanoparticles as separate bits of information in memory devices based on the phase-change memory. |
