Popis: Objective:This study aimed to determine the relationship between sleep quality and emotional-behaviour problems in adolescents.Materials and Methods:The study data were collected in the Gebze district of Kocaeli between February and May 2018. The study population consisted of 23,184 students from secondary schools in the Gebze district. A total of 530 students were selected from six schools using the stratified cluster sampling method. Data were collected using the Personal Information Form, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality index (PSQI) and Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ).Results:In this study, 51.5% of the adolescents were males, and the mean age was 12.07 years. It was determined that 74.5% of the adolescents were normal in terms of emotional-behaviour problems, 14.9% were at the border and 10.6% were abnormal. It was determined that 41.1% of them had a poor sleep quality.
