| Popis: | The paper embodies results of a study of growth of 8 fungi on the liquor obtained after the leaf protein extraction. The liquor has been found to be a good substrate for the growth of these fungi. The related aspects of fungal growth are discussed and possibilities of using the liquor as a substrate for antibiotic producing fungi and for obtaining fungal protein have been pointed out. |
