| Popis: | L’hydatidose est une affection parasitaire rare qui sevit a l’etat endemique dans certains pays du bassin mediterraneen. La localisation renale est rare et n’existe que dans 2 a 3% des formes viscerales. En Mauritanie, cette pathologie est extremement rare, nous rapportons une premiere observation d’une localisation renale de l’hydatidose dans cette region ouest africaine. Kidney is a relatively rare site, representing 2–3% of all visceral sites.
