Popis: | A 45-year-old male presented with a rare right hypoglossal nerve paresis due to an unusual cranial metastatic tumor from hepatoma. Despite multi-drug chemotherapy and arterial embolization, he died about 1 year later. Such metastasis should be considered as the cause of isolated unilateral hypoglossal nerve paresis. |
