The objective of this study was to determine the food hygiene practices among workers who are working at restaurants of Wasit Governorate. Methods: This study carried out among food handlers at local fifty- five restaurants in the Wasit Governorate of which were selected through simple random sampling by balloting. The staff was selected is equal to 330 respondents. All concerned respondents were assessed by utilizing specially designed questionnaires. |
