Popis:	Repair of a sternal cleft should be performed as early as possible, and the ideal material for this treatment is autologous tissue. We report the use of a titanium plate to repair the sternal cleft in a five-month-old patient with pentalogy of Cantrell because of the size of the defect and the limited availability of autologous tissue.
