Assessment of higher education institutes in regard of enhancing leadership skills and risk management

Popis: | The research was undertaken in five different institutes of the UAE and Egypt while the data analysis techniques were used to determine the significance of the statistics that were collected through conducting interviews and survey. The results adverts that about 65.4% of students in the UAE support the current leading criteria of the institute while 79.72% in Egypt. 66.5% of students are interested to gain training regarding leadership and risk management in the UAE and 69.78% in Egypt. 66.63% of students admit that leadership skills are essential for the future in the region of UAE while 84% in Egypt. 68.49% of students adverts the responsibilities of the leaders in the region of UAE and 64.44% in Egypt. Furthermore, there is an involvement of other factors around 67.16% in UAE and 75.48% in Egypt. ☆ This research did not receive any specific grant from funding agencies in the public, commercial, or not-for-profit sectors. ⁎ Corresponding author.
