| Popis: | 1) Primary chondroma of the lung is an uncommon condition. 2) It may occur in any part of the lung field. 3) Symptoms depend upon its location, size, duration, and secondary effects upon the surrounding tissues. 4) In view of the fact that the clinical diagnosis is not always definite and that it may undergo sarcomatous changes, surgical extirpation is recommended. |
