Popis: | Oxidative damage caused by oxygen free radicals is generally considered a serious mechanism in the pathogenesis of many diseases as cardiovascular diseases, atherosclerosis, and inflammatory rheumatism. Increased oxidative stress has already been described in plasma, saliva and articular fluid of juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) patients. However, most of previous studies did not differentiate ILAR sub-types of JIA and were performed before era of biotherapies. |
