Popis: | The performance of optical receivers is degraded by misalignment and defocusing of the incident light beam on a detector. The presented integrated optical receiver solves the alignment and defocusing problem using optoelectronic light beam localisation. A demonstrator is realised in a standard CMOS technology. |
