| Popis: | Three cases of stercoraceous ulceration and perforation of the colon are presented, and another 21 cases found in the literature reviewed. While this condition is rare, the diagnosis should be entertained in any severely and chronically constipated individual who presents with signs of a perforated viscus and fecal impaction. |
